After years of persistence and sheer determination, our brand-new mobile phone mast has been SWITCHED ON! ๐๐![]()

This would not have happened now without the tireless efforts of the Community Council, who never gave up pushing for planning permission for this project, knowing just how vital mobile signal is for the safety and wellbeing of everyone in our village. The council continued to work with BT throughout the delivery stage of the project.![]()

A massive thank you goes to Louise, the incredible BT project manager, whose patience, persistence and determination deserves a medal ๐

This is a massively positive step for Penmachno - better connectivity and improved safety for our community. ๐![]()

Mobile signal will be from EE only. Signal may be intermittent while the mast is being fully commissioned. Next year, all networks will be supported and speeds will improve.![]()

Team Opus hope to finish all of the roadworks by tomorrow (Friday 5th December). After that, all of the traffic lights will be removed and the roads will be back to normal. Cable works will continue in the fields.
